Inactivity Fee Minimum Activity
Accounts qualify for an annual Inactivity Fee waiver when the following criteria are met:$2,000 average end-of-month equity balance
OR
At least five (5) trades placed, during the twelve-month period following each anniversary of the account’s fund date

Per-share, per-trade (funded prior to 3/3/17) or unbundled equity accounts and multi-tier futures accounts qualify for a monthly Account Service Fee waiver when prior month’s activity includes:10 round-turn futures and/or futures options contracts

Futures Physical Delivery
Toroxstream will not accommodate customers entering into physical delivery of commodities underlying futures contracts. To avoid deliveries of expiring futures contracts as well as those resulting from futures options contracts, customers must roll forward or close out positions prior to the applicable notice periods for physical delivery. Without prior notification to the customer, Toroxstream may, at its discretion, liquidate a customer’s futures position in order to avoid an impending physical delivery. A customer may incur significant costs if a physical delivery occurs due to the customer holding a futures or futures option position into the delivery period.Toroxstream does not directly provide extensive investment education services.
